What if my employer didn’t pay holiday allowance on time?

In case if your employer didn’t payed your holiday allowance on time, you can not get payout and order holiday money. In this case we can offer to send Official Letter About Missing Holiday Pay.

If the company you worked for is registered as a bankrupt employer and was a member of an employer’s association that has a holiday guarantee scheme, they will pay your holiday pay. There are many different schemes that manage and disburse holiday allowances. If you have a holiday card, you must contact the holiday guarantee scheme stated on your card.

When does my holiday year start?

The usual practice is for the holiday year to be specified in either the contract of employment or a collective agreement between the employer and a trade union or staff association. Although many employers adopt the period of 1 January to 31 December, the year can commence on any date selected by the employer.
