Every person who comes to work in the Kingdom of Denmark must prepare all the necessary employment and legalisation documents. As soon as the contract of employment is received, a person has the opportunity to fill out the necessary paperwork for the Danish tax authorities, obtain a social insurance number (CPR) and activate their tax card.

What is included in price?

In the Full Personal Registration Package, we will take care of getting you a resident permit in Denmark, obtaining a social insurance number (CPR), and activating your Danish tax card. In addition, we can help you open a Danish bank account totally free of charge when you choose our Personal Registration package.

What conditions you need to meet?

You need to meet at least one of the following conditions to receive our help in preparing all the paperwork to obtain all the necessary documentation:

  • You need to have a valid employment contract here in Denmark
  • You are studying in Denmark
  • You have a family members living and paying taxes here in Denmark
  • You have a person who is living in Denmark and taking fully liability of you staying in the country
  • You have arround 10.000eur. in the account and you can prove that you are able to fully financially support yourself while living in Denmark til you gonna find a job here
  • You are a person displaced from Ukraine and you wish to apply for a temporary residence permit in Denmark

 

What documents do you need to proceed with the registration?

If you applying as an employee:

  • Working contract
  • Passport or ID card
  • Documentary photo
  • If you come with your family, you will also need children’s birth certificates and a marriage certificate
  • Rent contract or address approval documentation if you live with someone

If you applying as a student:

  • Studies contract
  • Passport or ID card
  • Documentary photo
  • Rent contract or address approval documentation if you live with someone

If you applying as a person who is looking for employment in Denmark and can financially support himself:

  • Passport or ID card
  • Documentary photo
  • Rent contract or address approval documentation if you live with someone
  • Official bank statement with balance sheet which is equal or higher then 10.000eur

If you applying as a family member or person who’s living in Denmark:

  • Documentary photo
  • Rent contract or address approval documentation if you live with someone
  • Official document such as birth certificates or marriage certificate
  • Official statement of your previous country of residence about your connection with the person of you stating is your family member

How long does it take?

In order to initiate the Full Personal Registration process, all required paperwork must be completed, which should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once all paperwork is completed, please reserve a time that is convenient for you to visit our office and provide the necessary documentation to our team. We will then proceed to submit all required documentation to SIRI and schedule a time for you at the Borger Service in your local municipality. Following your visit to the Borger Service, you will receive your CPR number within two weeks and your Tax Card will be activated thereafter. Furthermore, it is important to note that by utilising DKkonsult services for Full Personal Registration, we are happy to facilitate the opening of a Danish bank account for you free of charge.
