How does it work?

We simply fill out all the required forms online and submit them immediately. Within two weeks after changing your address online, you will receive a new CPR (Yellow card) in your mailbox. Remember to update your mailbox name as soon as you change your address online to ensure that you receive all the documents in your mailbox. When you change the address, there’s also a possibility to change or keep the same doctor. When you purchase a Change of Address at DKkonsult, the change of doctor is totally free of charge.
