Who can use this housing will?

This household can be used by single, unmarried cohabitants and spouses. The housing will can be used, whether you have made, or later make a notary will that distributes the inheritance by one, or decides that the inheritance must be peculiar.

Why should I make an in-house will?

The housing will give you assurance that your personal belongings will be distributed among your heirs in accordance with your wishes. Furthermore, the risk of conflicts between your heirs is reduced, as an in-house will removes uncertainty about how to distribute personal effects.

What is ” usual content ”?

Since the housing will cannot be used to deviate from equal sharing ( or skew under a will ), it can only be used for so-called ” usual content ”. “Usually resident” means physical objects that belonged to the issuer of the household. These may include furniture, lamps, appliances, jewelry or watches. However, very expensive items will fall outside the “usual content”. This will be, for example, expensive paintings, collections of silverware or real carpets.
